​退貨&退款政策 Returns / Refund Policy

我們重視每位客戶的滿意度,並致力於提供最佳的購物體驗。但如果客戶對訂單有任何不滿意,客戶可以要求退貨退款或店內信用。請查閱以下資訊了解我們的退貨政策。

We value each customer's satisfaction and aim for the best shopping experience. However, if customer is not satisfied with the order for any reason, customer may request a return for refund or store credit. Please review the following information for our return policy.

退

所有退貨必須在包裹送達(delivered)後14天內提出要求。所有退回的產品必須是全新未使用的狀態,並附上所有原始標籤和標籤。

退貨流程

為了啟動退貨流程,請聯繫我們的客服email(cbdnatureforce@gmail.com)要求退單。客服批准您的退貨後,請將退回產品安全地打包在原始包裝中,並與我們聯繫。​

已要求退款的情況下,客戶需自行負擔全部運費。我們會根據退貨商品的狀況發出退款。

如果商品被客戶打開或損壞,我們將無法處理退款。我們建議客戶在開封包裹時錄影存證保障您的權力。

退款

當我們收到客戶的退貨商品時,我們將檢查包裝中所有商品的狀況。如果商品確認為未使用且全新狀態,我們將向客戶發出退款。請至少等待30天以完成退貨流程。退款可能需要1-2個帳單週期才會出現在客戶的信用卡帳單上,具體時間取決於客戶的發卡銀行。

Returns

All returns must be made within 7 days of package delivery date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, as well as with all the original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at cbdnatureforce@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After our customer service has approved your return, please pack the returning products securely in original package and your printed proof of order. Please contact us for more return details.

Please also note that customers are responsible for entire shipping fee and non-refundable credit card transaction fee(3.8% + 30 cents) once the RMA has been inititated. Please include a tracking number if possible. We Will issue the refund according to the condition of the returned goods: full/partial/fixed amount of refund.

If goods are found to be opened or damaged by the customer, we are unable to process refund. We suggest our customer to confirm the goods condition upon delivery with video records for evidence.

Refunds

After we receive customer's returning goods, we will inspect the condition of all the items within the package. If items are confirmed in unused and brand-new condition, we will issue refund to the customer. Please allow at least 30 days from the day of return process. Refunds may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on customer's credit card issuer.

Defective or Damaged Products

If products arrived with defective or damaged condition, please contact us cbdnatureforce@gmail.com and we will arrange an exchange.
